Job Description

Job Title: -Onboarding Officer Location: - Pune (Viman Nagar) Terms: - On third party Shift Time: -10.00am to 7.00pm Week Off: -Sunday Training Period: -10 days (Candidates will be onboarded post certification)

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Onboarding Officer who can counsel the potential investors over the phone and will be able to generate the sales for the organization by selling the different type of advisory services. The candidate shall take up the below mentioned roles and responsibilities:

Dialling 100-150 calls giving 3-5 hours talk time.
Selling an equity-based product on call from scratch to end.
The candidate will be responsible to do counselling of interested customers and to suggest best Investment plans as per his/her financial requirements.
The candidate will be responsible to convert the interested customers into clients through doing proactively follow-ups and counselling.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :

Communication: -
An effective counsellor must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. As a counselor, the candidate should be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.
Language:
English and Hindi compulsory. Preferred - Tamil,Telugu, Tulu, MalayalamorBengali
Experience: -
Minimum 6 months BPO Sales (outbound calling-target based) experience
Qualification: -
Minimum12th Pass
Department: -
Sales
Age: -
Up to 35 years.
Candidates should possess strong selling skills.
Good sales ability and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic mathematical calculationability.
