Job Title: Onboarding Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Onboarding Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our services, and guiding them through the onboarding process. Your role is crucial in converting leads into satisfied, onboarded clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads to introduce the company and its services.
• Clearly explain the value proposition of our business and franchise models to potential clients.
• Understand the customer's business needs, goals, and expectations to offer tailored guidance.
• Handle and clarify all customer queries regarding the franchise model.
• Build rapport and trust with customers to foster stronger engagement and successful onboarding.
• Follow up regularly with leads to ensure smooth progression from inquiry to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, calls, and onboarding status in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and professional onboarding experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and at least one regional language (preferably Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada).
• Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, sales, Marketing or onboarding roles is an added advantage.
• Ability to quickly understand and clearly explain business and franchise models.
• Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month +Incentives (based on experience and performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
