Onboarding Account Manager - Freight Procurement

As part of the team, you will contribute to reshaping supply chain and logistics for global Manufacturers & Retailers by leveraging Pando's AI-powered platform. **Role Overview:** As the Freight Procurement Manager, you will lead strategic sourcing and carrier engagement for transformative supply chain initiatives. Your responsibility will be to ensure optimal cost, service, and compliance by collaborating with internal teams and external logistics partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Function as the business and industry expert for transformational projects/programs - Engage with supply chain executives to understand company-specific objectives - Articulate the business impact of recommended solutions and develop deployment roadmaps - Understand Pandos platform capabilities for technical design and orchestrate the SaaS delivery process - Identify change management efforts needed for program implementations and lead the delivery process - Build deep relationships with clients to drive product adoption and measure KPIs for value realization - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and share feedback with Product Management for solution development **Qualifications Required:** - Over 4 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS products - Experience in freight procurement is a must - Proficiency in project management fundamentals and hands-on experience in delivering multiple projects - Highly adaptable to new processes and skilled in challenging the status quo - Ability to mentor and guide teams to success - Strong client management abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Advanced analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities Join Pando to be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to building great products and disrupting the supply chain industry.,
