Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Goa, for an On-Trade Specialist. The On-Trade Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with on-trade customers, such as bars, restaurants, and hotels. Daily tasks include understanding the market dynamics, promoting products, getting the products listed in Bars, Clubs Hotels, etc., conducting various tasting sessions and engaging with the customers. Analyzing sales trend, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing trade marketing strategies as planned by the National Team. The specialist will also be involved in various national trade activities and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Will be directly responsible for Brand Building, Brand Development and alligning with the vision of the Company.
