Community Manager – Offline Community Building
Habuild – Hybrid, Gurgaon
About This Role
We’re looking for someone to take Habuild offline and bring it closer to our community, building hyper-local communities where our members don’t just practice yoga online, but meet, bond, and spread the word in their own neighborhoods.
This is not a sales role. This is about creating belonging and brand love through real-world engagement. You’ll design and run meet-ups, activate word-of-mouth, and make Habuild visible in people’s lives beyond the screen.

What Success Looks Like
We keep metrics simple and focused:
Input Metrics

Number of Habuild community meet-ups held per month

Number of members attending offline gatherings

Number of word-of-mouth touchpoints activated (referrals, merchandise usage, local buzz)

Measurable increase in brand love (social mentions, testimonials, NPS from attendees)
Outcome Metrics

Higher retention among paid users who attend offline meet-ups

Higher attendance rates for daily/weekly online sessions from offline-engaged members
Your Responsibilities
Community Activation
-
Organize and scale hyper-local meet-ups for Habuild community members (parks, RWAs, cultural spaces).

Create playbooks so community members themselves can run meet-ups.

Integrate offline rituals (chai circles, post-yoga chats, festivals).
Word-of-Mouth & Merchandise

Design and distribute light-touch and innovative merchandise to drive visibility.

Capture and amplify stories from community events into WhatsApp, social, and PR.
Retention & Engagement

Track attendance of paid members who attend offline events and measure uplift vs. control group.

Work closely with the product & content team to feed offline learnings back into the online experience.
Ops & Reporting

Build dashboards for input/output metrics (meet-ups, attendance, WOM triggers).

Own budgets and logistics for offline activations.
Your First 90 Days
Month 1: Map top 5 cities for offline activation, run pilot meet-ups, and design the “Habuild meet-up playbook.”
Month 2: Launch merchandise program, integrate referral nudges into offline gatherings.
Month 3: Scale to at least 2 events per week per top city, show retention/attendance uplift among participants.
