Job Description:

Search New potential Clients for OMX info on Internet / self contact / etc. etc.
Following ups for the Lead generated by Business Head and internally
Making Database for Contact Person of potential Customers and regular follow ups for new business
Making Database for Competitors & their activity, Customer. Try to snatch competitor s customer after due market research
Making Customer-wise P&L to evaluate further to increase the profitability by means of making schedule for pick up and other suitable means.
Making SOPs for OMX by exploring best practices of Competitors, Customers and or as per market trend and customer demand
Basic Knowledge of Software to explain our new ongoing Digitization & Scanning activity.
To promote our Business of online Document Management System apart from Physical Record Management to Scanning.
Regular visit to existing clients to explore new & more existing business and to retain the client for more customer satisfaction.

Monitoring of the site team while visiting to client and advise any new way of working to increase the profitability and motivate the team.

TIMELY DAILY / WEEKLY / MONTHLY REPORT SHARING AS PER SOP & FORMAT & FOLLOW UPS FROM THE RESPECTIVE TEAM TO GET THE WORK DONE

Follow ups for Billing, outstanding, maintaining all accounts related matter for existing and new clients or other activities related to OMX as and when required.

Assist in reviewing expenses and other financial records as assigned.

Update financial data in databases to ensure accurate and timely information.

Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial closings.
