Job Description

Job Title: OMP Consultant

Location: Pune/Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite Office)

Duration: Full-Time

Experience: 8 - 10 years

Working Hours: US/UK time shift

Notice Period: Immediate or 30 days max.

OMP Consultant

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to gather and analyse supply chain requirements
Design and configure
OMP modules (e.g., demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, production scheduling)
Validate and test functional components to ensure alignment with business goals
Lead solution workshops, user training, and change management
Partner with technical teams to deliver seamless operational solutions

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting, production scheduling, or similar processes
Experience with OMP or comparable planning tools is a plus
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Client-focused mindset with ability to solve real-world business problems.
