Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7-10 years of experience to join our team as an Omada specialist in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide operational support for the service IAM, Omada Identity system, and resolve customer requests.
Manage Identity and Access Management Operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to identity management.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Operational Support for service IAM, Omada Identity system, and resolving customer requests.
Experience in Identity and Access Management Operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with BE Btech ME Mtech, MCA education background.
Notice period: Immediate.
