JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly skilled and senior Okta Engineer/Admin to join our dynamic Web Access Management Team. Who can work independently and will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, efficiency, and seamless functioning of our identity and access management Systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Senior Analyst IT Security I - will be responsible for the following:

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, the role requires strong expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) , ensuring secure and seamless user experiences across applications and platforms.

• Proficient in configuring and managing Okta and SiteMinder solutions.
• Integrate Okta with various applications and systems.
• Configure and optimize Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and other authentication mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration problems and authentication failures.
• Monitor and analyze Okta/SiteMinder performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in identity and access management to recommend and implement best practices.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 3-7 years of experience in Okta Engineering or Administrator.
• 1-3 years of experience in SiteMinder/CA Identity Manager
• 3+ years of experience in Windows/Linux and Active Directory
• Able to work independently

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, protocols, and technologies.
• Should have exposure on Jira, Service-Now, APIs
• Okta Certifications, such as Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Professional, are highly desired.
• Able to work independently with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
