Key Responsibilities
Administer and configure Okta Identity Cloud, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Lifecycle Management.
Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests through Okta.
Integrate Okta with SaaS applications and on-premise systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot authentication issues and resolve user access problems.
Implement security best practices for identity management and compliance.
Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and policies.
Collaborate with IT security and application teams for identity governance.
Perform regular audits and reporting on user access and system health.
