Job Summary

The Offshore Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of offshore operations. This role requires strong leadership, technical competence, and the ability to manage daily activities while maintaining strict compliance with safety and operational standards.

Please note: This role will have to be offshore it is not an onshore job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all offshore operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to meet operational targets.
• Lead offshore teams, provide guidance, allocate tasks, and ensure shift continuity.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and routine inspections.
• Report daily operations, incidents, and progress to onshore management.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, logs, and operational records are maintained.
• Facilitate communication between crew members, contractors, and management.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or Marine Engineering (preferred).

2. 5–10 years of offshore experience in oil & gas, EPC, marine, or related sectors.

3. Good understanding of production operations, process equipment, and HSE systems.

4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Certifications (Preferred)

6. BOSIET / HUET

7. H2S Safety

8. Basic Offshore Safety Training

9. Permit To Work (PTW) Training

10. First Aid & Firefighting
