Job Title

Job Summary:

Hindi, Marathi, and English

Key Responsibilities

• Take dictation in

  Hindi, Marathi, and English

  with high speed and accuracy.
• Transcribe and prepare letters, reports, minutes, and official documents.
• Manage and organize files, correspondence, and confidential records.
• Assist in drafting official communications in all three languages.
• Maintain schedules, appointments, and meeting notes for supervisors or departments.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and data entry.
• Ensure all documents are formatted, proofread, and delivered on time.
• Coordinate communication between departments as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Stenographer or Typist.
• Excellent stenography and typing speed in

  Hindi, Marathi, and English

  .
• Strong command of grammar and vocabulary in all three languages.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum educational requirement: HSC or Graduate (preferred).

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Prior experience in government offices, legal offices, or corporate environments.
• Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
