Key Requirements : Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts. Must have worked in companies with minimum 100-150 Cr turnover. Experience in Manufacturing & Import-Export sectors is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Taxation (GST, TDS), Financial Planning, MIS Reporting, Cost Control & Audit Compliance. Roles & Responsibilities : Financial Management & Reporting Oversee the complete Finance & Accounting function of the company. Ensure timely preparation of Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, Cash Flow, MIS Reports. Monitor cash flow, working capital, credit control, and ensure financial stability. Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning. Compliance & Audits Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, Import-Export regulations. Coordinate with internal & statutory auditors, ensure timely audits and closure. Maintain accurate records as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS). Costing & Process Improvements Monitor project costing, procurement costs, and expense optimization. Develop internal financial controls, SOPs, and process improvements. Evaluate and implement automation in accounts and ERP systems. Import-Export & Banking Liaison Handle LCs, bank guarantees, export documentation, remittance compliance (FIRC, BRC). Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and authorities for funding and financial approvals. Team Leadership Supervise and guide the Accounts Team. Ensure training, productivity, and accuracy in accounting operations. Ideal Candidate Profile: B. Com / M. This role requires strong leadership, technical competence, and the ability to manage daily activities while maintaining strict compliance with safety and operational standards. Please note: This role will have to be offshore it is not an onshore job. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all offshore operational activities.
