Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Financial Transactions:Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and expense reports.Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.Process vendor payments, payroll, and reconciliations.Ensure timely bank reconciliation and ledger management.Taxation & Compliance:Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax calculations and filings.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.Financial Reporting & Analysis:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning.Other Responsibilities:Work closely with the finance team and senior management.Assist in implementing accounting software and process automation.Handle any other finance-related tasks assigned by the management.
