We are expanding across multiple cities and looking for an energetic Offline Marketeer to drive city-level brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Role Overview:

We are hiring an ambitious Offline Marketeer responsible for driving on-ground awareness, customer acquisition, and brand visibility across societies, parking areas, offices, and high-footfall zones. This role directly supports the growth of our hyperlocal car wash business.

Key Responsibilities:

On Ground Marketing and Brand Activation

• Conduct door-to-door and society-level awareness campaigns.
• Distribute flyers, QR codes, and promotional material.
• Set up stalls, demo zones, and standees in public areas.

Customer Acquisition

• Drive car wash subscription inquiries through on-ground pitching.
• Educate residents about Hoora’s doorstep car wash & car care solutions.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Partnership and Society Engagement

• Coordinate with RWAs, security teams, and society managers for approvals.
• Conduct car wash demos and sampling activities.
• Build relationships in key localities for repeated activations.

Field Operations and Reporting

• Maintain daily activity reports—areas covered, leads generated, conversions.
• Share customer insights and competitor updates.
• Collaborate with the Growth/Marketing team for execution of offline campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of on-ground/offline marketing, sales, or field experience.
• Strong communication & persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with on-field activities and travel within the city.
• Experience in hyperlocal, D2C, or service-based startups (preferred).
• Ability to meet daily/weekly acquisition targets.
