As a Marketing Executive at Ultimate Creative Partners, your primary responsibility will be to effectively pitch to brands, negotiate terms, and close deals. Positions available include Tele Calling, where you will engage potential brands over the phone, and Field Brand Pitching, involving in-person meetings for presentations and negotiations. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Marketing Executive, demonstrating the ability to pitch to brands and successfully close deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must. You should be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and possess proficiency in Malayalam and English languages. Qualifications for this position include market planning and research skills, strong communication and sales abilities, marketing expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is crucial.
