Offline Client Serving - Advertising Agency

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:

• Lead regular in-person and telephonic meetings to present our services, onboard clients, and build lasting relationships.

• Brief Understanding & Coordination:

• Interpret client briefs accurately on a day-to-day basis and relay them to internal teams (writers, designers, strategists) to ensure creative alignment.

• Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop and manage project plans using established workflows, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Offline Marketing Expertise:

• Strategize and execute impactful offline campaigns including

  Print Media, TV, Radio, Outdoor, and Publications

  .

• Purchase Order Management:

• Actively track and follow up on POs and deliverables to meet all client deadlines efficiently.

• Operational Communication:

• Act as the communication bridge between clients, internal teams, and management, ensuring smooth coordination at every step.

• Quality Control & Client Delivery:

• Analyze all deliverables for quality and alignment before client submission, ensuring high standards and strategic consistency.

• Monthly Reviews & Reporting:

• Prepare professional client review presentations and reports showcasing performance, challenges, and the way forward.

• Business Development Support:

• Contribute to revenue growth by pitching renewals, upselling services, and generating referrals from existing clients.

• Invoice Coordination:

• Collaborate with clients and the internal accounts team to ensure timely billing and payment cycles.

• Point of Contact:

• Be the go-to person for internal teams regarding client clarifications, feedback, and creative direction.
