Offline Client Serving - Advertising Agency

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for conducting regular meetings and telephonic conversations to present the company and its services to clients. You will work closely on settling clients with the organization and understanding their requirements on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities: - Establish project plans using the company's defined workflow and best practices. - Provide suitable solutions and meet deadlines effectively. - Actively manage purchase orders and ensure requirement fulfillment within deadlines. - Develop offline marketing strategies for brands across various platforms such as Print Media, Publications, TV & Radio Advertisements, etc. - Provide briefs to the team of writers and designers. - Maintain smooth communication flow between clients, team, and management. - Deliver projects on time and conduct monthly reviews with clients through presentations, reports, or other approved means. - Conduct review discussions covering work progress, activity highlights, blockages, and issues. - Pitch for new business, client retention, renewals, and references (Upselling). - Coordinate with clients and in-house accounts department for timely invoicing and billings. - Analyze the status, quality, and quantity of efforts, resources, and creatives before client delivery. - Act as the main point of contact for the team regarding clearances, support, and briefs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. - Proven experience in client management, project coordination, and marketing strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.,
