A. Operational Excellence

1. Secretarial Activities

  • Provide secretarial assistance to managers and the department.
  • Support daily administrative activities including documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Handle communication and follow-up on assigned tasks.

2. Office Management

  • Ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
  • Manage meeting arrangements, visitor coordination, and office upkeep.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with support staff.

B. Ficial Excellence

1. Claims & Expenses

  • Prepare expense statements for managers as per instructions and company policy.
  • Ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and timely submission of all claims.
  • Assist in routine ficial administrative work as required.

C. Customer Excellence

1. Guesthouse Maintece

  • Arrange hospitality for guests and Head Office personnel as per requirements.
  • Oversee upkeep and maintece of guesthouses in Hyderabad locations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff, vendors, and support teams to ensure comfortable stay arrangements.
