Role & responsibilities

SAP Entry & Documentation:

Create and manage all dispatch-related entries in SAP accurately. Ensure proper use of transaction

codes for dispatch, billing, and stock movement.

Verification & Physical Reconciliation:

Cross-check the material transferred from Packing to FG Stores both physically and in the system.

Identify and resolve any shortages or excesses immediately.

Packing List & Documentation:

Prepare and verify packing lists against physical stock. Ensure all lab test reports and supporting

documents are ready for dispatch.

Billing & E-way Bill Generation:

Prepare and validate tax invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills as per statutory norms.

Coordinate with the Accounts team for billing accuracy.

Sales Coordination & Payment Terms:

Collaborate with Sales and Finance departments for order reconciliation, invoice tracking, and

adherence to customer payment terms.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Dispatch Planning & Coordination:

Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams to align dispatch schedules with customer

requirements.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure dispatch operations comply with company safety, quality, and documentation standards. Reporting & MIS: Prepare daily dispatch reports and share updates with the concerned departments. Support audit requirements with accurate data and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

SAP knowledge (MM / SD modules preferred) • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Understanding of dispatch, logistics, and invoicing processes • Knowledge of e-way bills and GST documentation
