Skills required:
Basic excelHandled customer service calls /desk, training skills Good communicationOccasionally Traveling Pan India - 3 to 4 times per year

Job Responsibilities:
1. To give voice, chat and email anydesk support to all franchisees2. Provide training of the software application to franchisees and internal teams3. Maintain support tracker of all the support handled on daily basis4. Take regular feedback from franchisees on support and application5. Escalate bugs and technical issues to the software vendor and get it fixed6. Prepare SOP manuals for the usage of application7. 1000 plus franchisees to be supported - average support per day will be 30 to 40 (highest)
