Job Description

You will be responsible for providing voice, chat, and email support to all franchisees. It is essential to have good communication skills and fluency in Hindi. Additionally, you will be required to handle franchise queries efficiently. As part of your duties, you will need to train franchisees and internal teams on software applications. Maintaining a support tracker of daily activities and collecting feedback from franchisees will be crucial aspects of the role. In case of technical issues or bugs, you are expected to escalate them to the software vendor for resolution. Occasional travel pan India, approximately 3 to 4 times a year, will be necessary. You will be supporting over 1000 franchisees, with an average of 30 to 40 support cases per day. Furthermore, you will be involved in preparing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals for application usage. Your work location will be at 1, Ramakrishna Street, Kences Towers, 7th floor, North Usman Road, T. Nagar, Chennai 600017. The ideal candidate should possess a degree, have 2 to 3 years of experience, and be proficient in English, Tamil, and Hindi.,
