Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Outputs :

Arrange materials in an orderly / traceable manner with proper identification marks
To receive / issue materials on a day to day basis with proper documentation and report if any variations
Updating stores entries manually on day to day basis in bin cards and manual register
Maintaining the reorder levels of materials / spare parts / imported items and raise purchase requisition
Submitting purchase bills
Preparation of weekly / monthly receipts / consumption details
Preparation of stock report by physical checking, reporting any variations, if any.
Co-ordination with logistics / production departments wherever required.
Issue Materials in FIFO basis
Unloading of materials

Accountability :

No discrepancy in physical and book stock
Submission of all purchase bills in time.
High level of housekeeping in stores is expected

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge & Experience Required

B.Com Graduate of minimum 2 years experience in store function and knowledge of maintaining store records is a must.

Roles, Skills & Attributes Required

Should be able to take pressure. Should be able to grasp our industrial materials quickly Loyal, integrity and positive attitude required.
