Stock & Inventory Management (SAP / ERP)

• Systematic updating of stock in

  SAP & ERP

• Preparation of

  GRN (Goods Receipt Note)

• Entry of material receipts in

  SAP and Excel

• Maintaining

  Finished Goods (FG) Ledger

• Periodic

  physical inventory verification

  (monthly)
• Maintaining inventory records for:
• Receipts
• Issues
• Purchase Orders
• Rejection Notes
• Material Return Notes

Material Receiving, Inspection & Handling

• Receipt of materials as per

  Purchase Order (PO)

  with

  primary quality check

• Material receiving, checking, and proper material handling
• Acquainted with

  FG operations

  , stacking and movement of materials
• Bin card checking and updating
• Checking store registers and records

Minimum Stock Control & Re-Ordering

• Maintaining

  minimum stock levels

• Timely

  re-ordering of materials

• Local purchase arrangement when required
• Shortage material follow-up with

  purchase department

• Coordination with production department as per

  production plan

Production Support & Material Issue

• Raising

  Material Issue Notes (MIN)

  on a daily basis
• Issuing materials to production based on

  Indent / BOM / Consumables

• Raw material arrangement and issuing to production
• Dispatch of raw materials to

  subcontractors

  for job work
• Maintaining

  FIFO & LIFO

  inventory methods

Logistics, Dispatch & Documentation

• Invoice and

  Delivery Challan (DC)

  preparation
• Packing list preparation and

  dispatch planning

• Raising invoices for dispatches across

  India

• Updating dispatch details regularly for all channels
• Documenting dispatch files with

  LR copies and picking lists

• Vehicle follow-up for dispatches
• Intimation to all concerned channels regarding:
• Sales invoices
• Stock transfer invoices

Accounts & Purchase Coordination

• Purchase bill entry in

  ERP/SAP

• Accounting of invoices and documentation
• Coordination with

  accounts department

• Proper filing and documentation of purchase and sales invoices

Reports & Analysis

• Monthly

  stock statement preparation

• Non-moving and slow-moving inventory reports (quarterly)
• Perpetual inventory tracking
• Regular review of stock status for smooth production flow

Supplier & Interdepartmental Coordination

• Liaising with suppliers regarding materials
• Coordination with production department for material planning
• Ensuring uninterrupted material availability for production

• SAP MM / Inventory Management
• GRN, MIN, PO, DC, Invoice Processing
