The officer will be responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and coordinating with vendors to maintain a safe and clean environment for students and staff. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of school buildings, equipment, and infrastructure Perform minor repairs and coordinate with external vendors for specialized services Ensure timely resolution of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC issues Monitor and maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations Maintain records of maintenance activities and service requests Support setup and logistics for school events and activities Manage inventory of maintenance tools and supplies Respond promptly to emergency maintenance needs Qualifications And Experience Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field preferred Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in an educational or institutional setting Basic knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance Skills And Attributes Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in a team Strong organizational and time management abilities Proactive attitude and attention to detail Good communication skills Show more Show less
