Job Title Officer (GCM 1) Process Credit Card Transaction Work Setup Work from Office Qualification Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, Job Description Looking for a fresher to join our Credit Card transaction team In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service This position is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of credit card processing and a keen eye for detail, Essential Duties & Responsibilities Transaction Processing Accurately process a variety of credit card transactions, including authorizations, payments, refunds, and chargebacks, Data Verification Verify and validate transaction details to prevent errors and detect potential fraud, Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries and resolve transaction-related issues efficiently and professionally via phone, email, or chat, Record Keeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions, Compliance Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, Reporting Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, Collaboration Work closely with other departments, such as fraud prevention and customer service, to streamline transaction processing and resolve issues promptly, Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the implementation of best practices, Preferred Skills Strong numerical and analytical skills, Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, Knowledge of financial transactions and credit card processing systems,
