Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate employee data.
  • Prepare salaries accurately and on time using payroll management software.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures during onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate exit formalities for departing staff members.
  • Assist in managing general administration tasks such as correspondence and document maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin role or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management, B.Com).
  • Proficiency in Payroll Management, HR And Administration, Attendance Management, Salary Preparation, Onboarding, Exit Formalities.
