Role : EXIM officer - Automation business - EMS

Knowledge in packaging of special purpose machinery.

• Knowledge on different types of packages like Seaworthy, Airworthy, etc.,
• Adherence to packaging compliance and understanding on IATA and ISPM15
• Close Co-ordination with various internal stakeholders like assembly, after sales and service, project

management, etc.

• Sourcing of packing vendor negotiation and contract management.
• Supervise the machine packing as per SOP without any slippage.
• Responsible for outbound logistics (Exports and domestics) activities and logistics bill payments.
• All Export and domestic consignments should be dispatched on daily basis without any delay.
• Ensure the contract validity is in live for all Freight forwarders and couriers.
• Ensure the Customs clearance for all Export consignments on time without any issues.
• Track all the shipments irrespective of Incoterms on daily basis till delivery at Customer site.
• If any issues in consignments during in-transit, take immediate action and ensure to deliver the goods to

customer on top priority.

Relevant Experience :

Experience in manufacturing industries Knowledge on Customs clearance process, Import/ export process 8D/ RCCA problem solving Data management, analysis and presentation

System knowledge :

SAP and MS office
