Job Description

Role Description:

Heading in meeting the end-to-end QC requirements of the SPMs we build
Ensuring of Quality (Inspection) plans to be shared with suppliers for Mfg
Incoming inspection of all Mfg items
Stage inspection of critical / assembly/ pallet / fixtures/ stations
Assessment of machines for its qualification deliverables (performance, safety, ergonomics and aesthetics)
Responsible for meeting the customer specific quality policies/ requirements
Responsible for meeting the quality standards as applicable to the geographical locations.
Process compliance to applicable QMS (ISO, EMS, OSHAS etc)
Leading the supplier assessments and competency enhancement
Responsible for quality compliance for SPM and Manufactured items (incoming stage and outgoing inspection)
Compliance to customer quality expectations
Responsible for MIS reports related to incoming stage and outgoing inspection
