Officer-Apps Support Intmd Analyst

As an Apps Support Intmd Analyst at Citi, your role involves providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. You will utilize your good understanding of apps support procedures and concepts, along with basic knowledge of other technical areas to field issues and queries from stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors - Participating in disaster recovery testing - Involvement in application releases, from development, testing, and deployment into production - Performing post-release checkouts after application releases and infrastructure updates - Developing and maintaining technical support documentation - Analyzing applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues - Collaborating with Development colleagues to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements - Participating actively in Support Project items, covering Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives - Performing other duties and functions as assigned in a concise and logical manner - Operating with a limited level of direct supervision - Exercising independence of judgment and autonomy - Acting as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members - Appropriately assessing risk when making business decisions Your qualifications for this role include: - 2-5 years of experience - Basic knowledge or interest in apps support procedures, concepts, and other technical areas - Participation in process improvements - Previous experience or interest in standardization of procedures and practices - Basic business knowledge/understanding of financial markets and products - Knowledge/experience of problem management tools - Understanding of how your own sub-function integrates within the function and commercial awareness - Strong communication and diplomacy skills - Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of issue tracking and reporting using tools - Ability to plan and organize workload - Ability to communicate appropriately with relevant stakeholders Education required for this position is a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
