Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Kotma tehsil. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, maintaining records, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and handling communication. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations and contributing to various project-related activities as required.

• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and document management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in a similar role within the mining industry is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
