Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Support Assistant based in Varanasi. The Office Support Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks such as answering calls, managing office equipment, organizing clerical tasks, and providing general support to ensure the office runs smoothly. The role also involves maintaining professionalism, interacting with staff and clients, and assisting with day-to-day operations to enhance efficiency and organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Experience and familiarity with Office Equipment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in office support roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage
