Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative functions and ensure smooth operations within the firm. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities, with a professional demeanor suitable for a legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow across teams.
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate with partners and associates.
  • Handle client and internal communications through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Maintain office documentation, case files, and scheduling of appointments.
  • Assist senior management with administrative planning, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure office discipline, confidentiality, and compliance with firm policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Legal Administration background preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office or operations management (law firm experience advantageous).
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (written & verbal).
  • Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills.
  • Professional, confident, and responsible personality with a proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
