Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing project quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Track project costs, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Schedule site visits, maintenance jobs, and project timelines.
  • Ensure engineers, electricians, and technicians have the necessary materials, tools, and access before site work begins.
  • Track project progress and update management on deadlines and deliverables.
  • Liaise with clients regarding project schedules, documentation, and approvals.
  • Manage office supplies, tools, and IT equipment inventory.
  • Handle vendor and supplier relationships for both office and project materials.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in office or operations management, preferably in an electrical, engineering, or IT services company.
  • Freshers can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
