About the Role

Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with

    design team & freelancers

  • Manage

    operators’ attendance, leaves, and daily coordination

  • Handle

    raw material ordering & inventory

    (Madeira & local vendors)
  • Coordinate with

    stores across India

    (10–15 locations)
  • Manage

    job work orders, walk-in customers & basic client coordination

  • Assist with

    invoices, salaries, and data entry (Excel sheets)

  • Support

    hiring and onboarding

    of new staff
  • Handle

    miscellaneous operational tasks

    (logistics, machine movement, vendor coordination, travel-related tasks)

Requirements

  • Experience in

    operations / office management

    (retail, manufacturing, apparel, embroidery preferred)
  • Comfortable with

    Excel / Google Sheets

  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and take ownership
  • Familiarity with

    ChatGPT / AI tools

    is a plus
