Job Description

As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and administrative functions. Your exceptional organizational and leadership skills, coupled with attention to detail, will be vital in managing office supplies, coordinating office events, and supporting overall office efficiency. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily office operations to ensure seamless processes. - Manage office supplies and follow up with customers for orders. - Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment. - Schedule meetings and appointments efficiently. - Maintain office staff reporting and filing systems. - Provide general support to visitors and handle office-related inquiries. - Plan and organize in-house or off-site activities. - Ensure office safety and compliance with regulations. - Manage office budget, expenditures, and implement office procedures and policies. - Assist HR in onboarding and offboarding employees. Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant. - Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook. - Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. - Ability to suggest improvements and think creatively. - High School degree required; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
