Office Manager

About Us:

We are a growing fashion brand known for staying ahead of trends and delivering stylish, fast-moving collections. We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and fashion-aware Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise the dispatch and production teams, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination.

• Inventory Oversight: Maintain clear communication with the warehouse to ensure inventory is well-organized, updated, and accurately tracked.

• Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly inventory, sales, and return reports for senior management review.

• Vendor Coordination: Assist in tracking production timelines, follow-ups, and supply management.

• Problem Solving: Be proactive in identifying bottlenecks and operational challenges—and solve them quickly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in fashion operations or office management (preferred)

• Strong communication & team coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

• A keen eye for fashion trends is a plus

• Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
