VR Assurance is dedicated to Insurance agent mentoring, Insurance product promotion, legal assistance for policyholders and wellness awareness, helping both insurance intermediaries and policyholders navigate the complex world of insurance with confidence.


Before diversifying into insurance mentoring, legal advocacy, and wellness assistance, VR Assurance MDM Pvt. Ltd. had been actively engaged in the verification and assessment of cashless and reimbursement health insurance claims, as well as evaluations for Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) cases.

Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk for an Office Executive. The Office Executive will be responsible for daily office administration, providing administrative assistance, managing accounts, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires excellent communication, maintaining records, stong knowledge in MS office and ensuring efficient office operations.


Qualifications


  • Strong Oral & written Communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry is a plus
