Office Executive

As an Office Manager at our company located in Ahmednagar, Gujarat, your role will involve overseeing the daily showroom operations to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping. Your duties will also include handling correspondence via phone, email, and in-person inquiries, as well as coordinating ordering and tracking project status and deliveries. It will be your responsibility to liaise with factory and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries and to implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. You must ensure compliance with local business regulations and tax requirements in India, schedule meetings and bookings for management, and research and negotiate with various vendors based on management requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily showroom operations to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment - Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping - Handle correspondence via phone, email, and in-person inquiries - Coordinate ordering and tracking project status and deliveries - Liaise with factory and logistics providers for timely deliveries - Implement and oversee office policies and procedures for enhanced efficiency - Ensure compliance with local business regulations and tax requirements in India - Schedule meetings and bookings for management - Research and negotiate with vendors based on management requirements In your role, you will also be involved in consultation and customer service duties. This will include greeting and assisting customers in selecting products that meet their project needs, providing detailed product information, preparing and presenting quotes, processing orders, and following up with clients. You must develop and maintain relationships with walk-in clients, assist with online inquiries and social media engagement to generate leads, and make cold calls in a professional manner as required. It is essential to stay up to date with industry trends and new product offerings, including Indian and imported stone varieties, and assist in showroom displays to ensure samples and presentations are appealing and up to date. By providing excellent service and product knowledge, you are expected to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in office management or a related field - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and customer service abilities - Knowledge of industry trends and products - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software As an Office Manager, you will be working full-time on a permanent basis. The schedule involves a day shift with the requirement to work from 10 am to 7:40 pm Monday through Saturday and alternate Sundays.
