Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
  • Act as the point of contact between clients, vendors, and the design team.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update project files, documents, and office records.
  • Support designers and project managers with material procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure timely stock availability.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in office coordination/administration, preferably in an interior design or architecture firm.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design-related tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
