Job Description

Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain filing systems. Office management: Monitor and order office supplies, manage inventory, and oversee general office upkeep and maintenance. Scheduling and coordination: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for colleagues. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for communication, which may include managing emails and assisting with internal announcements. Support: Provide administrative assistance to colleagues and management, help with onboarding new hires, and assist with billing or other financial tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,548.63 per month
