Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Coordinator located in New Delhi. The Office Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, manage office equipment, ensure efficient communication, provide customer service, and maintain a productive work environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing phone calls and correspondence, handling schedules, overseeing office supplies, and assisting with front desk operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and organizing office operations
Strong Phone Etiquette and experience handling professional correspondence
Familiarity with Office Equipment such as printers, scanners, and other essential tools
Excellent Customer Service skills and a proactive attitude to ensure client satisfaction
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with team members and clients professionally
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
