This is a full time position.
Applicant should be efficient at multitasking and ensure smooth running of office of about 20 persons.
Responsible for front desk, email responses, office infrastructure management, accounting management, record keeping in MS Excel, maintenance of files and documents, attendance management, on boarding of new staff, support staff supervision for facility maintenance, organizing office events and providing all support to staff.
Graduate, with office manager work experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
Proficient at multitasking and having a sense of responsibility.
People friendly.
Knowledge of MS teams, MS excel, MS Outlook is must.
Willing to join immediately.
