• Make outbound calls to potential clients to pitch digital marketing services.
• Explain services such as social media marketing, SEO, website development, performance marketing, and branding.
• Conduct needs assessment to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain excellent English communication—spoken, written, and presentation.
• Lead Generation & Follow-ups
• Contact leads from databases, inbound inquiries, and online platforms.
• Follow up with prospects regularly to drive conversions.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update CRM daily.
• Fix appointments and demos for the business development team.
• Sales Strategy Support
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Handle objections confidently and provide clear clarifications.
• Share input on client feedback and market needs.
• Client Handling & Coordination
• Communicate with clients professionally via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Schedule meetings, share proposals, and assist clients during onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) for smooth project initiation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain call logs, lead sheets, and follow-up trackers.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and communication status.
• Update CRM tools or tracking sheets regularly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
