Educational Requirement : HSC
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Boy to perform various administrative tasks and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Answer and redirect phone calls as needed
Serving Tea/Coffee to the employees/Management
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Maintain office supplies and restock as necessary
Keep common areas, including the reception area and break room, clean and tidy
Assist with mail and package delivery/receipt
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors
