Summary: Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate or Project Manager to oversee mobile app, website, and custom software development projects. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end project lifecycle—supporting planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction using Agile or Waterfall approaches. Key Responsibilities: Assist in or lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, and resource coordination. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure clear communication. Support or drive cross-functional team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and help maintain productivity. Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Track progress, maintain documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to quality standards through testing and reviews. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend process improvements. Make or support decisions that align with project goals and client needs. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 2–5+ years of experience in project coordination or management within tech/software environments. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to support or manage projects to successful completion. Certifications like PMP, Scrum, or Agile (a plus).
