Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and well-mannered Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage basic office tasks, ensure cleanliness, and assist in welcoming and managing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients or visitors courteously.
Serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to staff and guests.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including desks, restrooms, pantry, and common areas.
Maintain water bottles and refill dispensers regularly.
Assist in office-related tasks such as photocopying, filing, and handling documents when required.
Support staff with basic errands within the office premises.
Ensure supplies like tissue, soap, and beverages are adequately stocked.
Deliver documents and items within or outside the office if required.

Requirements:

Basic communication skills (polite and friendly behavior).
Honest, punctual, and well-presented.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Working Hours: 9:30a.m - 8p.m
