Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.

• Handle basic computer operations such as typing, word processing, managing spreadsheets, and maintaining records using MS Office and Google Workspace.

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the DTF printing machine as per job specifications—including setup, print run execution, basic troubleshooting, and routine cleaning.

• Manage print quality, make necessary adjustments for best results, and keep accurate records of print jobs.

• Provide customer service: greet visitors, forward calls, assist with inquiries, and maintain professionalism with customers and business partners.

• Maintain inventory of supplies required for both office and printing operations, coordinate with vendors as needed.

• Support the team with additional clerical work, errands, and logistical office support when require

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or higher; freshers welcome.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet browsing, email communication).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer handling.

• Ability to learn and manage DTF printing machine operations; any technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn quickly on the job.

• Professional attitude; punctuality and reliability are essential.

Special Notes for Freshers

• Training will be provided for operating the DTF printing machine and handling specific office duties.
