As an Office Assistant, your duties will include handling daily office operations such as managing calls, emails, and documentation. You will be tasked with maintaining records, invoices, and employee schedules, as well as assisting in inventory management and procurement of restaurant supplies. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating with management for reporting and staff requirements, as well as managing guest reservations and event bookings. In your role as a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee restaurant floor activities to guarantee seamless operations. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests to ensure top-notch customer service, coordinating with waitstaff and kitchen staff for efficient service, and monitoring the cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance of the dining area. Addressing customer concerns and maintaining a pleasant dining experience will be crucial aspects of your role, along with assisting in staff training and upholding discipline on the floor. This is a full-time, permanent position with a rotational shift schedule and a yearly bonus. Proficiency in Hindi and English is required for this role.
