Office Assistant / Office Boy

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Boy to support our daily office operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should be organized, punctual, and capable of handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including pantry and meeting rooms. Refill office supplies (stationery, beverages, etc.) as needed. Perform errands such as: Delivering and collecting documents/packages Visiting banks or vendors Purchasing or collecting office supplies Assist with office maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment. Help with physical tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, or setting up meeting spaces. Serve tea/coffee/snacks to staff and guests as required. Support the administrative staff in filing, organizing documents, and general tasks. Maintain confidentiality and handle documents with care. Requirements: Minimum Education: 10th Pass (Preferred) Work Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience (Preferred) Basic knowledge of computer use (email, printing, scanning) Must own and be able to ride a Two-Wheeler Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team Positive, polite, and helpful attitude Physically fit and able to lift or carry moderate loads Language Skills: Gujarati – Fluent Hindi – Fluent English – Basic understanding preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Language: Gujrati, Hindi,English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
